Longest Welded Rail Train Ever! Train In Snow On Sharp Curve! Steel Rails Bending Around Curve MOW

Loaded Continuous Welded Rail Train In The Snow Goes Around A Tight Curve! This has to be the longest loaded rail train ever! It is literally 2 trains in one with a strong locomotive working overtime. You can hear the quarter mile long rails bend on the curve. A track heater is also shown. First, a CSX mixed freight runs through the snow northbound in Hamilton, Ohio. Then a block to the south, a Norfolk Southern loaded continuous welded rail train ( CWR ) goes around a curve as it leaves the CSX mainline and enters the Norfolk Southern mainline. The temperature started out at 28F but dropped all the way to 18F by the time I got home. My hands were about frozen by the time I filmed the welded rail train. That was pretty painful but worth it. It snowed all day while I was in Hamilton and by the time that I left the roads were terrible. I had a friend with me and the road to his house was so bad that I couldn't get my 4 wheel truck up his hill so he had to walk a little ways. Lol. It took me twice as long to get home but I loved it. These trains were filmed in Hamilton, Ohio on January 28, 2022.
