This recipe we use agar and agar made from seaweeds. Its almost like gelatin but healthier and have fibers! I also explain what is agar a little.

This is Mizu Yokan recipe, and this is for a summertime food. We have a similar one, its called Yokan. Yokan is dense texture, and actually, I like Mizu yoke better. It is easy if you already have sweet adzuki bean paste, but if not, you can make from scratch. I have a link that you will make a sweet adzuki bean paste.
