Stratford-Upon-Avon parkrun // It’s a FAST Course!

We ventured over to Stratford-Upon-Avon to attend parkrun for the weekly 5km starting every Saturday at 9am! Thank you to all the volunteers that make this event possible every week.

Join Ryan as he runs to help his running buddy try to beat a goal of 20 minutes, we aimed for 19:30 on the day 😅 This course is a 3 lap course and has a mix of grass, tarmac and public footpaths.

This is also a video that will also go into our newly made Parkrun A-Z Playlist where we record a video at every parkrun with a different letter of the alphabet !!
