Travel Buddy Cook Ups Ep 4 - Easy Nacho's

Travel buddy cook up number 4, if you want a very easy but filling snack for yourself or the kids on the road or tracks, than this one is definitely for you. Minimal prep, basic 3 ingredients, more if you want to add beans or other items. We have cooked this a number of times since this was filmed, it has been a hit on our tagalong tours as a snack when we arrive at camp while we get set up and start dinner.

*Remember its not perfect, compared to the way you cook at home in your own oven, but it's all happening while your driving and saving you time when you arrive at your destination or for your lunch stop on the road. Keep trying different foods and times and see what works for you and your family.

This is a very easy meal/snack to make and takes only 5 minutes to prepare and about 35-45 minutes to cook. all you need is -
1 bag of Doritos or CC's
Cheese to your liking, we have tried a Mexican mixed blend and it is awesome.
Salsa, take your pick, mild to hot
Extras are only limited by you
Bacon. beans, taco mince or chicken fajita blend, Guacamole or sour cream.
