how Laws are made for the Medical Education system in India.
There is a proper Recognition system where all the Rules and regulations are defined for example National Medical Commission control the MBBS, MD, MS and the Colleges providing these degrees.

Similarly Dental Council of India Control Dental Education system and the list is very long but till now CMS & ED is not included in any one of them.
Recently National commission for Allied and Healthcare professions Act has been passed and Community Care is one of the profession defined there but still complete details are pending.

India is a big country, Making law and implementing law are completely different things. We hope Clarity on CMS ED would come soon.
