In Place Run Faster Pace - 15 secs - 4 Sets
In & Out Run - 15 Reps - 3 Sets
Side Shuffle Left - 15 Reps - 3 Sets
Side Shuffle Right - 15 Reps - 3 Sets
1,2,3 Skaters RIGHT,LEFT,RIGHT - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
1,2,3 Skaters LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
Lateral Reach With Shuffles (RIGHT) - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
Lateral Reach With Shuffles (LEFT) - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
Free Fall Into Quick Step (LEFT) - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
Free Fall Into Quick Step (RIGHT) - 10 Reps - 2 Sets

ENDURANCE MODE - NO REST IN BETWEEN SETS
