Knight Line Reskin for Middle East Civs - Age of Empire II

I've recently seen on the forums of Age of empires community, there is a lot of talk of reskins on already existing models of the game in order to make them more distinguishing between the civilizations. These reskins are about not only buildings but units too. For example there has been talks with huge positive reviews about changing the building style of the Persians. Which in fact it is a really nice change that I would like to see it myself too.
In my opinion, the Savar from older patches from hero editor scenario, is such a cool looking unit and fits perfectly as a universal cavalry line for the middle east civs. It could replace the knight line in stables and when it is upgraded as cavalier or paladin could stay the same and change only stats and title something like elite/persian cataphract. The civs that could have this cataphract could be Persians, Saracens, Turks, or even Byzantines. What are you thoughts?
