Is this another rag by the well-known rag composer Charles Cohen, author of "Riverside Rag" and "Fashion Rag"? According to research by ragtime historian Bill Edwards, there was another Charles Cohen not far away in Cleveland, Ohio who wrote this excellent but perhaps lesser-known rag as his only known ragtime composition. This Charles Cohen (1874-1956) was a pianist from Cleveland who published this rag with Sam Fox in Cleveland in 1906.
