Ingredients:
Medium Potato-2 Or 400 Grams
Leeks-70 Grams
Carrots-1 Or 100 Grams
Cabbage-85 Grams
Medium Onion-1 Or 100 Grams
Small Green Chili-6
Oil-2 Tbsp.
Mustard Seeds-1/2 Tsp
Fennel Seeds-1/2 Tsp
Cinnamon-2
Garlic Cloves-3
Curry Leaves Sprigs-1
Add 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp
Jaffna Curry Powder-2 Tbsp.
Water-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML
Lime/Lemon-1/2


Dry Yeast-13 Grams Or 1 Tbsp. + 1/2 Tsp
Sugar-2 Tsp Or 9 Grams
Luke warm Water-1/3 Cup Or 80 ML
let it sit for 6 minutes to activate the yeast


All Purpose Flour-625 Grams Or 4 Cup + 1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp.
Salt-1 Tsp + 1/8 Tsp Or 7 Grams
Sugar-60 Grams Or 1/4 Cup
Room temperature butter-65 Grams Or 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp.
Room temperature Milk-140 ML Or 9 1/2 Tbsp.
Water-1/4 Cup + 2 1/2 Tbsp.
knead the dough minimum 10 minutes maximum 12 to 13 minutes,
do not over knead the dough
Apply oil
Let the dough rest 45 minutes
Let the dough rise again for 1 1/2 hour
leave the bun to rise for 30 minutes
Brush the top with milk
if you like sprinkle with white sesame seeds
Preheated the oven to 310 degrees Fahrenheit Or 155 Degrees Celsius
Bake it for 45 minutes
