3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Ground Tellicherry Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar di Modena
1 1/2 Cup Sunflower Oil

#Preparation -

1) Spoon Dijon mustard into the mixing bowl
2) Add #balsamicvinegar and mix well
3) Add salt and pepper
4) Add sunflower oil slowly and mix well until homogenized

This base vinaigrette is great for mixing with other flavored oils, herbs, and ingredients in order to create an on-demand salad dressing base to expound from. This base as it is, will be a bit sour and needs more oil to finish off for salads, dips, and other uses. The base serves as a starting point to create a wide-variety of sauces and dressings that can be used extensively.
