SHOP & COOK WITH ME | WHITE CHICKEN CHILI

Hey family!! In today's video our friends from Mississippi are here for the weekend and we're shopping & cooking!

White Chili Chicken Recipe:
NOTE: We made a lot in this video because there were 10 of us total, so I'm going to list the ingredients for half of what we made. Andrea said this is the way her mom makes it with a few adjustments for ingredients we couldn't find.

Ingredients:
2 large cans chicken
2 cans chili beans
1 can mild rotel
1 can corn
creole seasoning, I'm not sure of the amount, about 1 tablespoon
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
minced garlic, we forgot to add this, it was still good! LOL!
2 packages of McCormick White Chili Chicken seasoning
1 carton chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
1 block cream cheese
Toppings:
shredded cheese
fritos
sour cream

Mix all ingredients in a large pot and cook over medium/high heat until warmed through and cream cheese is melted in. Serve with toppings of your choice! This was so good y'all! 😁💕
