鱔凍/Jellied ell:
白鱔8塊 - 8 pieces of eel
蔥5條 - 5 spring onions
鹽1湯匙 - 1tbsp of salt
黑胡椒粒1湯匙 - 1tbsp of black peppercorns
魚膠片1片 - 1 piece of gelatine sheet

酥皮牛肉批/Steak and Kidney Pie:
洋蔥1個 - 1 onion
紅蘿蔔1個 - 1 carrot
蘑菇8個 - 8 white mushrooms
牛腩500克 - 500g of beef brisket
牛腰(腎)300克 - 300g of beef kidney
蒜2顆 - 2 cloves of garlic
英式黑醋2湯匙 - 2tbsp of worcestershire sauce
百里香1茶匙 - 1tsp of thyme
月季葉1片 - 1 bay leaf
黑啤酒1瓶 - 1 bottle of stout beer
酥皮2塊 - 2 pieces of puff pastry
蛋1隻 - 1egg
鹽 - salt
黑胡椒粉 - pepper

蕃荽醬汁/Parsley sauce:
蕃荽40克 - 40g of parsley
牛油20克 - 20g of butter
中筋麵粉20克 - 20g of plain flour
牛奶500毫升 - 500ml of milk
鹽 - salt
