Moonga Conn is a healthy drink made with moong dal (split green grams), Jaggery & coconut mostly had during evening time. This drink is very good for pregnant womens, nursing mothers & growing childrens.

Ingredients & Quantity

Moong dal ( split green grams) - 150 gms
Fresh coconut (grated & ground) - 50 gms
Palm jaggery - 30 gms
Sugarcane jaggery - 50 gms
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar (optional) - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 500 ml
