Habits are the small decisions you make and actions you perform every day. Not all habits that we develop are considered 'good for us' because our brains don't recognise if each habit is good or bad for you, but only if it's a pleasurable experience. (I.e cookies give you a dopamine hit, so you associate it with a pleasurable experience)

The purpose of this video is to help you understand how to rewire your brain you develop new habits that actually benefit you and override the old ones.

If you want to learn more bout habit formation, I highly recommend the book Atomic Habits by James Clear.
