In today's video what we are doing here is putting 10 minutes on the clock and working our way through 10 exercises for the 10 minutes without stopping.

If you're a beginner I suggest going light with the dumbbells for this workout. If you're more advanced bump up that weight.

You want to find a weight that works for you. Lets you complete the workout and each exercise with good form but also pushes you to the max and gives you a good quick 10 minute pump and burn from home or the gym

This is just the start of no repeat dumbbell workouts. We will be planning on doing more advanced ones that will include , 15 , 20 and 30 minute workouts. Trust me those ones will be tough

But this is to just get your started. Again if you're ready for more and need it now. Repeat the video over again and make it a 20 minute workout or alternatively seeing its a no repeat workout , bump up that weight

Again this is just to get us started and to let everyone of any fitness level start and give it a go
