How I Smoked A Brisket In My ASMOKE AS350 Portable Pellet Grill. It may only be a 9lb brisket, but boy did this AS350 Portable Pellet Grill do a fantastic job! As did my MeatStick Chef X from ‪@Themeatstick‬ that made sure I didn't over smoke or under smoke this brisket. This brisket has a very nice smoke ring that I really wasn't expecting from a portable, tailgating, tabletop pellet grill!
