Bengali Mustard Fish aka. Shorshe Bata Maach Recipe Quantities:

This serves about 6-8

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Brown Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2-6 Green Chillies (1-2 for marinade, 2-4 for fish)
2-3 tbsp Mustard Oil
About 6-8 pieces of Hilsa Fish, or around 5-6 sea bass or mackerel fillets
