📝 Ingredients:

• 1 block of extra firm tofu
• 3 tbsp potato starch
• 1 red onion, diced
• 3 spring onions, diced
• 1 green chili, sliced
• 6 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• Red chilies, sliced (to taste)
• Sesame seeds, for garnish

🍽️ Instructions:

1. Prepare the Tofu:
Drain and press tofu to remove excess water. Cut into bite-sized cubes and toss with potato starch.

2. Cook the Tofu:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry tofu until golden and crispy, then set aside.

3. Sauté the Aromatics:
In the same skillet, add more oil if needed. Sauté diced red onion until softened. Add minced garlic, diced spring onions, and sliced green chili. Sauté until fragrant.

4. Add the Sauce Ingredients:
Add soy sauce, white wine vinegar, maple syrup, and dark soy sauce directly to the skillet. Stir well.
