Many times, patients suffer from disc herniation, sciatica, heard others say bar hanging is good. I told my patients needed to treat the pain first, to relieve the back and leg pain, and let the disc condition become stable.
Then do the bar hanging for rehabilitation. Bar hanging has it’s tactics, If doing the bar hanging is incorrect, It will cause the muscle even more stiff. Today let’s invite our stretch trainer, Bruce to teach the technique of bar hanging.....
