我們今天做這條片就是幫一班朋友大概50歲至60歲去糾正一些錯誤伸展姿勢. 好似我大概50幾歲, 記得我們小時候時上PE堂的時候常做彎腰動作或我們的腳伸直坐著彎腰, 还有做sit up手部擺在頭接著就是伸直的腳來做的. 其實經過很多研究這些動作是不適合比較年長人士做的, 因為如果他們有骨質疏鬆很容易彎腰的時候就可引致壓力性骨折, 所以我們要避免這些伸展的動作會傷及我們的腰和腿部. 所以今天拍這條片請Bruce教我們怎麼去做正確的伸展運動.....

Today we do this video to help people around 50 to 60 years old. To correct the wrong stretching, especially like me around 50s something, during PE class when we were young, we did bending exercises, or bend forward with our legs extended. And doing sit-ups with hands on head and straightening the legs. In fact, many research shows these exercises are no longer suitable for elders. As elders with osteoporosis are at risk of compression fractures when bending. So should avoid these stretching that can strain our low back and leg. Today we do this video to have Bruce teach us how to do the correct stretching....
