Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado
- 2 small cucumbers
- 1 red pepper
- 1/4 onion
- A small handful of coriander
- 15 g dry cranberries
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lime
- Feta cheese (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cube cut the avocado and place it in a bowl.
2. Slice cut the cucumbers and add them to the bowl.
3. Slice the red pepper and onion, and add them as well.
4. Finely chop the coriander and dry cranberries, then mix them into the bowl.
