In these 8 weeks, we cover topics like; fear, shame, guilt, anxiety, beliefs, anger, self-compassion, self-confidence, setting boundaries, connecting to your intuition, and so much more!

This program is free of any religious or political agenda and has a continuous theme of self-exploration and self-curiosity. It's intended to support you on your healing journey. This is an intimate group of 3 women, plus myself. The group meets once a week for a 90-minute zoom call and have continued discussion and support through a messaging group.
