平时我们配椰浆饭 不是鸡就是虾不是虾就是鱼 这一期和大家分享这一道 煮了你就知道有多好料

材料:
苏东仔干 200克

香料:
葱头仔 8粒 蒜头 3 粒
小辣椒 2 条 红辣椒 8条
红葱 1 粒

调味:
盐 白糖 巴拉煎粉

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Dried baby squids 200g. Wash and rinse for 1min. Repeat again. Add hot boiling water to it and soak for 20min. Drain and set aside. Air dry for an hour.
2. Shallots 8pcs, sliced
3. Cooked rice/Nasi Lemak rice
4. Banana leaf
5. Fried egg
6. Cucumber

Ingredients for blending
1. Red onion 1pc, thick slices
2. Garlic 3 cloves, cut halves
3. Red chilli 8pcs, remove seeds and cut smaller
4. Chilli padi 2pcs, cut halves
5. Water little

Seasoning
1. Salt little
2. Gula Melaka 3tsp
3. Belacan 2tsp

Method
1. Heat oil to 160deg and deep fry the squids till golden brown. Be careful of the splattered oil, so must cover it while frying.
2. Reserve some oil and add in shallots, fry till fragrant. Then add in blended ingredients. Stir fry till water has dried up.
3. Add Gula Melaka and salt, continue to stir fry. Add belacan and stir fry.
4. Add back the squids and mix well till a bit sticky.
5. Arrange on a plate of rice with fried egg and cucumber
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
