HOW TO MAKE THE BEST MEXICAN SPAGHETTI WITH CHIPOTLE MEATBALLS! | COOKING WITH NICOLE

Today we are going to be making a easy and delicious Mexican Spaghetti. I serve mine with chipotle meatballs but feel free to serve it with chicken or whatever protein you prefer. This Mexican Spaghetti is super delicious. It is not authentic by any means, I know different households make it differently, it is just my version of it. If you don't like it spicy, feel free to leave the chili flakes out or use less of the chili flakes, however I highly recommend it because it just gives it amazing flavor. For The Meatballs
1 pound of ground chicken
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 teaspoons of oregano
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of diced chipotle peppers

Spaghetti Sauce
3 San Marzano roma tomatoes (Canned)
2 garlic cloves
3 oz of cream cheese
2 cups of chicken stock
½ onion
1 teaspoon of chipotle peppers
Pasta of choice (I used angel hair)
Parmesan cheese
thai chili pepper flakes (optional)
