OMG! This filet mignon steak sandwich is one of the best things we've eaten. The filet mignon is so mouth watering tender, flavorful and absolutely delicious. Along with that is an amazing tomato relish that is to die for. A delicious mayo mustard sauce to go on top with the lightly toasted sourdough bread and that is one fine sandwich. You don't know how good this is until you try it. So get in your kitchen, make this sandwich because you'll be happy you did. If you don't like spicy food, feel free to leave out the jalapeno in the relish, but if you can handle even a little of spice, it really is so worth it. Please make this, you will not regret it. RECIPE:

STEAK
Filet mignon ( I used a half of a pound split between 2 people )
Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Sourdough bread

Tomato Relish
1/2 of an onion chopped
1 jalapeno ( OPTIONAL )
1- 8 ounce package of cherry tomatoes cut in half
Fresh basil

Sauce:
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of stone ground mustard
