I love a really delicious homemade curry especially when it's chicken tikka masala. Its easy and simple. Everything can be made in the same pan which makes for easy cleanup. Its got a delicious rich, creamy sauce to go with it. It is phenomenal on top of rice and served with garlic naan makes it for a yummy lunch or dinner recipe. Chicken Marinade Ingredients:
¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp ground ginger
Pinch of salt

Sauce Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
15 oz can tomato sauce
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp kashmiri chili powder
1 cup heavy cream
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro as garnish

Serves 4
