HOLLYWOOD HEIGHTS

We're headed to the top, guys! Well, at least the top of a neighborhood called Hollywood Heights. This exclusive area is located between Hollywood and the Hollywood Bowl. To get there, we head to the top of Mulholland Drive and take it from one end to the other. Mulholland Drive really is becoming one of my favorite roads in the city. You avoid all of the congestion, not a lot of cars, certainly one of the most scenic roads you'll ever ride on, with the mountains and valley on one side, the ocean and the hills on the other, and gorgeous homes all around. Not only that, but it's 12 miles long so you can get to a lot of places along it, including Hollywood Heights! As I expected from a neighborhood in the Hills, it is filled with narrow, twisty, steep streets, getting up to over 17%, and of course beautiful homes and spectacular views. We also find these wonderful Japanese gardens overlooking the city, which I never even knew existed! So many things to enjoy at the top of the mountain.
