First, sorry for the slight confusion. I have so many Lu Bu vids that I should go back and delete some of them. The weirdest thing about this build is that it's somewhat obvious (or at least not hard to come up with), but since Lu Bu was always Top Tier material anyway, this is probably why his TRUE maximization was always overlooked.
Actually, Cleed and I looked at it quickly b4, and saw that C3 isn't quite so safe, but that definitely isn't enough to consider a heavy weapon setup dead in the water, as you'll see in the video and the notes below.

First of all, it is useful to note that his C3 isn't perfectly safe at heavy attacking speed when in super dense crowds, so this means he can't walk past officers and flank them from behind and take complete advantage of the stupid AI. There aren't many stats that Lu Bu needs, so it is very useful to have both Life and Defense on his weapon so that he can sacrifice the damage taken when facing playable officers in massive crowds, without Musou Rage. However, this suggestion is only to allow him that opportunity, and the concept that he can take the hits as a sacrifice for optimized offense, but as you'll see below, there are safer and still offense-impressive ways to deal with playable officers in massive crowds.

The item configuration here is what's truly unique. Characters that Musou fill easily and quickly should always be considered the potential of increasing Musou bar length, for example Zhang He, Ling Tong, etc. Comparing the proposed setup in this video with the previous setups I've used, the Way of Musou is taken out for the Dragon Amulet. He loses the Fire depletion damage in his Musou, but maxes out his Musou bar length. But to take it further, I've taken out the Ice Orb and replaced it with the Fire Orb. Now he has a Fire musou with a maxed out Musou bar length, with the same ability to hit blocking officers with C3, while still retaining his effortless Musou filling method.
Imagine the upgrade in damage potential Lu Bu has now.

Now lets look at the differences from the setup shown in this video and the setup I've used in all the past Lu Bu vids

(refer to previous videos, Im out of vid description space)

The old Lu Bu had impressive offensive stats;
1) Kill generic officers in one fluid combo at will, w/ [C3-True Musou]
2) Kill mounted officers at will with [C3 ending-True Musou] only if Ice activates (using early normal attacks to dismount the officer and then missing the necessary attacks to enable the officer to fall to the ground and then get back up again)
3) Kill playable officers in one True Musou with Ice.

Check out the offensive statistics with the Heavy weapon setup here:
1) Kills generics in one Musou with Fire, w/ Fire set from C3 ending which can be made unblockable
2) Kills playables in [C3-Musou] combo (he'll kill only generics with this combo with his 4th weap) shown against Guan Yu
3) If crowds are too dense or officers not in a suitable position, the combo of, [C3 ending-full C3 sequence w/o the ending-Musou] is one fluid combo that will get the job done. This is the beauty of Lu Bu's versatility and how awesome this setup is. This means that he doesn't necessary have to go through the risk of trying to flank officers from behind in a massive crowd. This is shown against Zhang Fei.
4) Against generic officers, 2 full C3's will finish them. This is incredible. The 1st C3 consists of grounded attacks, and the 2nd C3 is juggling. The significance of this offense is for when Lu Bu needs to fight officers with no peons around to fill Musou. This is important as for most Heavy weapon builds, offense becomes noticeably slow when dueling an officer. In Lu Bu's case, 2 C3's is extremely impressive
5) Carrying on from the offense in 3), this same offense applies to killing MOUNTED PLAYABLE OFFICERS!!!! (against Xiahou Dun) Dismount the officer with early attacks, wait for the officer to get up before landing his C3 ending. Proceed to execute a full C3 juggling with Fire without executing the ending, and then link it with his long Musou.
6) Against enemy commanders then, (against Liu Bei and Cao Cao), in Musou Rage status, He can now kill in one swift combo. Execute a full C3, then a second C3 juggling with Fire again purposely missing the ending, and then a full True Musou.

Sorry about taking damage at the end. People that are even somewhat familiar with Lu Bu and this game, all that damage could have been avoided, as Zhu Ling should have been defeated with C3 ending and then simply a full Musou. What I needed to show was how well two full C3's does against generics officers.
