It’s LEG DAY! Get ready to move those hips in FightCamp Trainer Flo Master’s kicking and flexibility workout. This routine will help increase your range of motion and build stronger legs for power kicking. All you’ll need for this workout is a chair.

Flo Master will walk you through two different types of warm-ups. A regular warm-up to get your blood flowing throughout your body and a dynamic warm-up to loosen up your hip and leg muscles. Then it is on to 3 rounds of kicking exercises and ending with cooldown stretches. Be sure to listen for Flo’s tips on how you can adjust these exercises to fit your movement ability. Flo will also demonstrate ways to take these exercises to another level of difficulty for intermediate and advanced levels. YOU READY!?
