This full body mobility workout is designed to help you connect to your body in the midst of the holiday season where things tend to be a bit stressful. We target all major joints but focus especially on the hips with this one.

The circuits build upon each other — they start off with ease and increase in difficulty as you go.
Great as a home workout itself or for an active rest day.
Always remember: a solid foundation is key to all aspects of your training.
