🏋🏼‍♀️ A 30 min. lower body workout w/ weights (DB or KB) with different types of lunge & squat patterns to challenge you and yet be fun!
🎯 Target areas: glutes + abductors, hamstrings, quads & calves
💭 How To Use: as a workout session itself (includes warm up & cool down)
🔧 Equipment: 1-2 dumbbells or kettle bells (I used 1x 8kg and 1x 10kg dumbbell to change it up)

We love a weighted lower body session - especially if it includes a variety of FUN exercises 😎. There are no set rep schemes given - so make sure to include 10-15s of rest each 60s-set. Remember: quality reps over quantity reps. See you on the mat! 🔥
