Great as a home workout itself or for an active rest day.

00:10 movement prep | 45s on, 10s off | 2 rounds
06:00 primary circuit | 45s on, 10s off | 2 rounds
11:50 secondary circuit | 45s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
18:10 FINISHER | 60s on, 30s off | 3 rounds
23:00 cool down | 40s on, 15s off | 1 round
