Grab a long resistance band (one light and one heavier, but the more the merrier), the door attachment handle (or something sturdy to wrap it around like I do in the video with the workout bench) and the ankle strap attachment if you have it (if not get creative with sliding your foot into the handle). This 45 minute strength workout will focus on the lower body (primarily glutes) and we will combine with an upper body pull (back and biceps).

We have five strength blocks today. We have 31 exercises today. Every exercise will be performed for 60 seconds on, and we will have 15 seconds to recover and to transition into the next exercise. Go light with your band selection to start, you will know when I switch mine out and as always feel free to switch it out to a heavier band to make it more challenging. During some exercises I wrap the band around my feet or grip up on the band to make it shorter.

Since every exercise is timed, find a tempo that you can maintain while maintaining great form. You do not have to go at my speed, everyone is unique! There are a few built-in recoveries, but if you need more take it! Skip to 2:00 to bypass intro and begin workout.
