Today I am sharing with you such an easy recipe: Capsicum Rice. The rice recipe is so simple to make even bachelors or beginners can prepare it so easily.

The recipe can be made by using leftover rice too. 

Ingredients Required for Quick and Easy Capsicum Rice Recipe:
●Ghee/Oil- 4 tbsp
●Rice(1 cup)- Cooked with little Salt
●1 tsp Cumin
● 1/4 tsp Hing
●1/2 tbsp Ginger choppings
●Cashews- 10-12
●Curry leaves -2 sprigs
●Tri colour Capsicum cubes- 1.1/2 cups or Green Capsicum- 1.5 cups
●Salt
●1 Onion Choppings
●Coriander choppings- Small Bunch
●Sambar podi- 1/2 tsp
●Fresh Coconut gratings- 1/2 cup
●Green chillies- 2 slit
●Black pepper - 1 tsp
