We are checking in to see how everything is going and how everyone is doing. These past 8 months have been challenging, to say the least. Between COVID-19 and the devastating effects that the pandemic is having on the world, race relations and fighting for equality and justice, and this past election, we are living in a very stressful time. In this VLOG, we are talking about how we are personally doing at this time, how we are coping, the different challenges we are all experiencing, and some strategies to try to help you through these difficult times.
