I started out 2024 with a NEW YEARS RESOLUTION Middle Split Workout Routine. During the year I pulled a hip flexor that took months to heel and also went through some job/life changes. My middle split has definitely not improved but rather than sitting around feeling sorry for myself I'm getting back at it! Join me for this quick 20 minute no nonsense Middle Split Flexibility Workout!!!

My name is Laurie Bloom and I am ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified in both Group Fitness and Personal Training and also have a 200 hour Yoga Certification from Yoga Renew. I toured the world as a dancer when I was younger and now I train Aerial Silks and Contortion as a 43 year old adult. My mantra is: It's Never Too Late! And while it can be harder to learn new skills and train your body to do certain things when you're older, I've seen amazing transformations from people of all ages.
