Ingredients for the cookie:
Butter: 100 grams
Brown sugar: 50 grams
White sugar: 30 grams
Egg: 1 Vanilla: 4 grams
Flour: 150 grams
Baking powder: 2 grams
Chocolate chips: 50 grams


First, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and butter together until completely combined. Then add the eggs and vanilla. Stir. Sieve the flour and baking powder and add to the ingredients. When the ingredients are well combined, add the chocolate chips. Place in a freezer bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Ingredients for Brownie:
Butter: 80 grams
oil: 60 grams
Dark chocolate: 200 grams
Powdered sugar: 200 grams
Eggs: 3 pieces
Vanilla: 4 grams
Flour: 160 grams
Cocoa powder: 50 grams

Heat the chocolate, butter, and oil until they melt. Then beat the eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla until they are fluffy and creamy. Add the chocolate, butter, and oil mixture and beat until the ingredients are completely combined. Sieve the flour and cocoa powder and beat in a circular motion.

Place the parchment paper in a mold. The parchment paper should protrude from the sides of the mold.

You can shape the cookie dough into a heart or circle shape, then pour half of the brownie dough into the pan and arrange the shapes you have made neatly on top of the dough.

Then pour in the other half of the ingredients and arrange the remaining cookie ingredients.

Turn on the oven 20 minutes in advance and place the ingredients in the oven for 50 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
