材料:
百香果 600g(大約20顆左右)
有機蔗糖 200g
麥芽糖 65g
檸檬汁 15g

Ingredients:
Passion fruit 600g (about 20 pieces)
Organic Cane Sugar 200g
Maltose Syrup 65g
Lemon juice 15g

步驟:
1.將新鮮季節性的百香果洗淨, 瀝掉,對切後取出百香果肉置於容器中。
2.依照順序將砂糖、檸檬汁及麥芽糖加入百香果中。
3.取一個鍋子,將所有的食材放入其中,開小火熬煮15分鐘至濃稠即可。
4.過程中要用湯匙攪拌,避免鍋子底部燒焦。
5.先將鍋中的果醬倒入大玻璃容器中,放涼後再分裝至乾淨玻璃瓶中放冰箱保存。

Steps:
1. Wash the fresh passion fruit, let it dry, and take the inside of the passion fruit out into a bowl or container
2. Add sugar, lemon juice, and maltose syrup into the bowl full of passion fruit. Mix it evenly
3. Take a pot, pour the bowl with all the ingredients in it, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Make sure you use a spoon to stir during the process to avoid burning the jam at the bottom of the pot
4. Pour the jam in the pot into a large glass container, let it cool, and store it in the refrigerator.
