Ginger------------------- 2" piece
Curd--------------------- 1/2 c
Turmeric powder---------- 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder------------- 1 tsp
Garam masala --------------1/2 tsp
Fried onions
Mint Leaves -----------------handful
Coriander leaves ----------handful
Salt --------------------------1 tsp
Pepper powder
Curry leaves---------------- few
Oil---------------------------- 2-3 tbsp
Onion ------------------------2 big
Coriander powder ----------3 tsp
Chili powder -----------------2 tsp
