That's why I love starting my day with a full-body stretch in a vinyasa flow style morning yoga class. In this class, I pay special attention to the hips and legs, which naturally stretches out the spine too. It's simple and quick so that you can do it any day of the week. Get the blood flowing through your joints, muscles, and brain and start your day with energy with this morning yoga class!
