How to do a ⭐️DOUBLE SALCHOW⭐️

Hello guys! This is my fast-paced video on how to do a double salchow. This is actually one of my favorite jumps.

Remember:
#1 Hold your hip still and one shoulder in front of the other
#2 Anchor your head
#3 Create a deep edge by pressing onto those inside edges
#4 Pivot and (*keep your shoulders leveled when you take off)
#5 Pull in as quickly as possible

Additionally, please remember to be patient with yourself and be open-minded in experimenting with technique. My technique might work for some but not for others. Work on the harness would also be very useful for these jumps! Thank you so much for watching the video.
