Arabian Chicken Kabsa Rice Recipe | Saudi Rice |How to make the Best & Easiest Chicken Kabsa Rice🌟

This easiest and delicious Chicken Kabsa Rice is originated from Yemen but is national dish of Saudia Arabia!
It can be made quickly and is perfect for a family dinner🤤

🌟Ingredients

•800g (3cups) Basmati Rice
•1/2cup (4tbsp) Ghee
You can also use oil
2 medium Onions (chopped)
1tbsp Ginger paste & 1tbsp Garlic paste

✨Whole Spices

3 Bay leaf
1tbsp Coriander
1tbsp Cumin seeds
4 Black Cardamom
10 Green Cardamom
1 Cinnamon stick
5 Cloves

✨Powder spices

Salt as your taste
1tbsp Red Chili Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric
1tsp Black pepper powder

Add 5 Chicken leg pieces with thighs
(you can use any meat you prefer)

4-5 Green Chilies
2tbsp Tomato paste
2 medium size Tomatoes (chopped)
1 small Bell Pepper (chopped)
4 -5 cups Hot Water
3-4 Green Jalapeños


💥For my rice I needed only 4 cups of water but for you it depends on the brand and quality!
If you feel like adding water than do add it and cook accordingly 💗

💥As the main ingredient for this recipe is dried lemon but since it isn’t available here I skipped it but you guys should definitely add
