tsp creole seasoning
8 oz mozzarella cheese
3 tbsps. unsalted butter
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp old bay
4 oz. soften cream cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup diced onion
10/12 large shrimp
salmon fillet
few toothpicks
