Ingredients:
500 gms fresh coconut or moist coconut flakes
500 gms semolina (rava)
500 gms sugar
250 gms butter
1 ½ tsp. vanilla essence
1 ½ tsp. cardamom powder
2 Tbsp. cashew nuts broken
1 Tbsp. raisins
6 eggs
½ cup water
cashew nuts for garnishing (optional)
