Following on from my sea fishing session catching my first ever John Dory. We were treated to 2 different 5 star cookups from Spargo's Kitchen. Whole baked John Dory with hand picked aromatic herbs and white wine sauce, and John Dory fillets in an orange, cream and mushroom sauce. Perfect family cooking and an truly magical experience.
