SUPER MOIST and DELICIOUS RED VELVET CAKE

Red velvet cake was one of the first cakes I baked for my family, I didn't know how it tasted at the time, all I knew was that I loved the colour! Luckily for me, red velvet cake is delicious and one of my all time favourites.

LIST OF INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tips cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- queens red food colouring (50mls)

Cream cheese
- 250g softened butter
- 250g cream cheese
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
