The release of the Storm HyRoad X is in representation of the 10th year anniversary of the original HyRoad. The HyRoad X contains the same core it always has had, Inverted Fe core, with a slightly stronger coverstock, R2X Solid reactive with a 1,500 grit polished finish.

I can see myself using the Storm HyRoad X on broken down patterns when the stronger balls in my bag (Intense Fire, PhysiX, Sure Lock, Halo or Hyper Cell Fused) stop storing enough energy to continue through the pins or simply begin to hook too much, too soon.

I am excited about this piece and know it will get a lot of lame play throughout the season!
