This intense pilates class will strengthen your arms, shoulders, abs, back, legs and glutes and will leave you feeling strong and energized 💪 Use a light pair of weights (I'm using 1kg (2.2 lb) dumbbells) or if you don't have any, you can use waterbottles instead or do the workout without any equipment - I promise you will feel a good burn anyways! 🔥

A Warm-Up and Cool Down are included as always! Make sure you listen to your body, take breaks when you need to, drop the weight if it gets too challenging and enjoy this full body pilates workout and have fun with it!
