Turns out the recipe for good bread is a lot more than just flour and water. For this video we followed Josey Baker, co-owner of The Mill, in San Francisco. Watch as he bakes bread in the morning, takes a trip to meet up with Fritz the farmer, and of course gets his hands in some dough before making some fresh warm loaves of sourdough.
