Ingredients::

1. 1 bunch young tender kalmi shak/water spinach
2. 6-7 chopped garlic cloves
3. 3 slitted green chillies
4. 1/2 tsp kalonji / nigella seeds
5. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
6. Salt to taste

Method::

1. Wash kalmi shak properly in running water and drain excess water and finely chopped the water spinach.

2 Heat mustard oil n add nigella seeds, green chillies n chopped garlic. Saute altogether. Let the nigella seeds splutter.

3. Add chopped kolmi shaak n rest of the chopped garlic. Add salt. Then cook uncovered on medium flame till the extra moisture evaporates. Or it becomes dry. Stir in between.

4. Cover for few min n stir for some seconds.

5. Add 1/2 tsp of mustard oil, cover it and switch off the flame 🔥.

6. It's ready to serve. Serve hot.

Note:: Raw mustard oil n raw slitted green chilli give a very good jhanjhalo (pungent) flavour. We love this flavour. Serve with cooked rice n if u have kashundi then it will add extra mouthwatering flavour. Enjoy.
